Transitioning out of treatment is one of the most vulnerable points in recovery. Relapse rates for substance abuse disorders are commonly estimated between 40-60%, and research consistently points to social support, recovery identity, and connection as important protective factors.
Outlaw Grace creates a recovery-centered experience that makes clients aware of a real community available to them as they transition from treatment to everyday life.
